The 2024 running of Australia's endurance classic, the Bathurst 12 hours was another chance to witness the great spectacle of GT3 cars being driven flat out on one of the world's greatest and most scenic race tracks; Mount Panorama.

Starting before dawn, the first hour of the race is dominated by the sun's gradual rise over the horizon and the changing colour of the sky.

This piece features the 2024 winning car, the #912 Porsche 911 GT3 R run by Manthey EMA, wearing it's infamous 'Grello' livery, passing through 'Skyline' dropping downhill into 'The Esses' at dawn.
